Crafty Purple Frog says thank you

This week at Crafty Purple Frog Challenge we want you to make some thing that is a thank you to someone. It can be any kind of crafting and for anyone. As always there are loads of Crafty Purple Frog prizes up for grabs so well worth having a go :D
For my card I have used the beautiful Ocean Dance decoupage sheet. The DP is First Edition's desert bloom and the ribbon is from Fantastic ribbon. The sentiment is from Crafty Emma's Store (you can also get the Desert bloom paper there :D).
